As a result of the company’s experience in the financial services industry, the company, its subsidiaries and management are already familiar with operating in a highly regulated environment and the Board is satisfied the Company is well placed to meet the additional compliance obligations required under the Australian Stock Exchange rules.
The Board is cognizant of the Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations as published by the ASX Corporate Governance Council. Plan B will comply with ASX Listing Rule 4.10 which requires the Company to provide a statement in its Annual Report disclosing the extent to which those best practice recommendations are followed.
