Plan B Group Non-Executive Director Appointed ASFA CEO

Plan B Group Holdings Limited non-executive Director Pauline Vamos, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Limited (ASFA).

Plan B Managing Director Denys Pearce congratulated Ms Vamos on her appointment to this critical industry role. “As a member of ASFA for well over a decade Plan B is delighted with the appointment of someone of such calibre. Ms Vamos’s expertise will strengthen ASFA’s position in the industry”.

Ms Vamos will continue her roles as a non-executive Director of Plan B Group Holdings Limited and Plan B Trustees Limited and as independent chair of the Group’s Governance & Risk Management Committee for the coming months.

However, she will step down from the Group’s subsidiary boards, Plan B Wealth Management Ltd and Partnership Financial
Services Pty Ltd, with effect 31 August, so as to remove herself from the business strategy for the Group’s advisory businesses.
