Plan B FUMA of $1.95 billion as at 31 December 2007

Plan B Group Holdings Limited (“Plan B” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that Funds Under Management, Administration or Advice ("FUMA") as at 31 December 2007 was $1.95 billion.

Although the composition of FUMA between the Company’s various distribution channels has changed slightly during the quarter ended 31 December 2007, total FUMA has remained at a similar level to the balance as at 30 September 2007.
This performance reflects a combination of:

• the positive impact of net new client fund inflows to Plan B’s collective investment vehicles; and
• the influence of negative market movement in the value of assets.

During the quarter, approximately $40m of FUMA has been reclassified from the Wealth Management - New Zealand channel to the PFS Affinity Partner channel following the conclusion of new PFS arrangements with advisors who formerly operated under contract with Plan B Wealth Management New Zealand.
